Following the astute acquisition of the Whytock & Reid site and buildings on the edge of the Water of Leith, a section of run down warehousing offered potential to transform this site into something really special. An ambitious, yet sympathetic design followed involving demolition and consequent construction of 10 mews houses with balconies overlooking the river.
