Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside resort in bygone days, is now emerging as one of the city’s most desirable locations. This is perfectly understandable in this age of waterfront redevelopment but unlike some brownfield regeneration locations, the beach and promenade atmosphere is really quite charming. Add to that the Town Hall and bustling High Street with its traditional range of shops and you can see a thriving community in its own right.
The specification and finish is of an excellent standard and the flats were sold complete with carpet and laminate floor coverings as well as all the kitchen appliances. There is gas fired central heating, double-glazing and bright, well proportioned accommodation.
